It was close to restaurants, coffee shops, and the beach.

The property did not look like in the pictures at all. It was a little dirty and outdated. The shower drain was clogged so water was flooded when showering. In addition, there was this really overwhelming smell in the bathroom as if it was the smell of vomit. I also found a small cockroach in the room.

I booked a queen room with a sea view, but when I opened the window, all I saw were buildings and just a tiny glimpse of the sea. I called reception, and they told me I’d need to upgrade if I wanted a full sea-facing view — which wasn’t mentioned clearly when booking.The listing said the room was 33 square meters, but it didn’t feel that big. The layout was awkward — the bed and sofa were placed in a way that made it hard to enjoy even the small sea view unless you sat at the foot of the bed. When you open the curtains, the main view is of apartment blocks.There was no bottled water provided, the bedding had an odd smell, and I found two long hairs in the bathroom — not exactly the cleanest experience.Also, there’s no proper reception desk — just a small corner in the restaurant. The shared elevator took ages every time.Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again.

I can’t believe how nice is this place, it’s just perfect location if you like surfing.Around you can get local food ( really yummy and good price ) , the best is the surfing school! The guys are so friendly and helpful! I highly recommend surfshkola, you can find them by Instagram ???‍♀️??‍♂️ enjoy this beautiful paradise !

Location and view are great, good value for money. Many shops and restaurants around.

Some rooms are not as nice. I mistakenly booked a room with a city view and it was quite dull and layout not good. Luckily staff was very helpful and upgrade with a sea view was possible. I highly recommend sea view rooms.

The facilities, the lift was horrible crowned it, no air cond and the rooms were quite run down!

The sea view is nice, the location is perfect with many restaurants downstairs and the beach is in the front of the property.

The facilities are really in bad conditions. My friends’ room has a broken glass door. She told me she saw cockroaches. My room’s floor has some damages like it was collapsing in some area. The wall has many cracks. The room does not give me any luxurious vibes of a four star hotel. This is actually not even a hotel. They rent out rooms inside apartment of residential blocks. No gym, no swimming pool.

It's the nearby beach, you can see the beach from your hotel, This hotel has a restaurant and is surrounded by supermarkets and many other restaurants arround. I am an early birds so I can enjoy wake up in the morning and go to beach in the front of the hotel.

The bed is hard, the building is kinda old, and it takes ages to wait for the lift. there are many locals stay in this hotel too. Not the same as in the picture but it's worth the price.

I had a room on the 41st floor with a balcony and awesome views, the staff are lovely here and tried their hardest considering I don't speak Vietnamese. My room was spacious with an andriod TV and comfortable bed the aircon was great and also a fan in the room. Best shower cubicle I've had since I've been out here. And just sitting at the restaurant outside watching the world go by is the best I highly reccomend.

I couldn't work the safely deposit/safe. And the elevators are fun at peek times one doesn't even go to the 41st floor ? but once yoy work it out can be a fun experience for sure.

Property kept in a good condition, furniture is as described. Sadly, this is the only good thing.

1. Check-in process took me 45 minutes.2. Staff attitude is absolutely careless. "Sit and wait".3. WiFi speed was max at 1.2 Mbits. Forget about streaming Netflix, YouTube etc.4. When calling to Reception, they are ending the call, you need to come down to restaurant (yes, front desk is in restaurant).5. Twice there was no electricity for hours.6. AC temperature is way too hot.7. Property does not accept any card payment, cash only, despite info on booking and leaflet in the room.8. Fridge suddenly stopped working spoiling my food.

Room is nice, clean, have everything what you need

This Hotel is not a classic hotel. It is a restaurant who rented or bought apartments in the building next to the restaurant. So lobby of the hotel is actually in the small restuarant where you have barely have space to move. Stuff in the lobby doesn't speak English or very little what is not okay if you work in Hotel with 90% with tourists. Anyway stuff told me to wait because my room is not ready, 15min maximum. Okay, I was waiting 30min and asked again, they told me to still wait. I was waiting 2h in total and asked again what is going on with my room and stuff said your room was ready 2h ago. That is not how you treat guest who just came from a very long trip, wants to eat and take a shower. I was not the only one who was waiting, two more families was waiting maybe longer then me.Second bad experience was with payments. Before I booked this hotel I saw on their profile that they accept visa cards. I wanted to double check before booking and asked about visa and got answer that they are accept, of course.. Ok, I was pissed off and chatted with manager on the booking app and tell them how I was waiting 2 hours and ask JUST FOR A CASE again do they accept visa cards because I don't bring cash and I pay only with card. She said of course we accept. When was the time to pay of course they doesn't accept any type of cards and they told me that they don't want to give me back passport untill I pay with cash. I pay with cash of course so I can get my passport back but that cost me extra money to withdraw with huge commision of bank and ATM so I literally paid room more then it should be. I recommend if you badly want to book this hotel to pay in advance and avoid any communication with stuff because you will be screwed in some point for sure. Nobody speaks English and for everything they say yes and for later, who knows they don't care. It is important for them to take money.

I came with my scooter so i had to park it at the basement of the building and it’s quite dull and dated caused a bit of inconvenient with the lift and the room key cards

Very nice location to walk up to the beach, also an amazing sunrise sea view, love a lot, would come back!

Hotel is filthy, floors, lift hallways it all needs a revamp. Looks nothing like pictures, mattress was knackered and was 2 mattresses on my balcony

Great view of the sea and the city alike. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The price is great!

The standing fan is dusty, and there was dust on the TV and some electrical plugs. I am allergic to dusk so it makes me a bit uncomfortable.

Amazing view!! Clean and modern. Few minor facility issues, but nothing concerning. Very modern feel, lovely bathroom. Excellent value for money, will stay again.

I love it, nothing to complain anyway. Location is a bit far from center but next to Hon Chong beach (nice one) and price is cheaper than other hotels. Everything in the room works normally. Upgraded from cityview to seaview with just 30k vnd/day.
